With over 16 years of modeling and talent, experienced booker Scottie Platinum started Plush Talent in December of 2015. Scottie started his journey into the entertainment industry in New York City back in 2002, creating a very successful promotional agency that led to creating contacts within the modeling publication world. Scottie then went on to represent over 200 successful models, and built a dynamic brand for himself, his agency, and his models, and was booking models across the country with major publishing companies.
In 2010 Scottie decided to expand into the adult entertainment world. He put years of hard work and research into this new adventure and has since been successful to establish the premier adult talent agency known as Plush Talent. But Scottie will tell you that this was not as easy as it may seem. Through working 7 days a week, an estimated 15 hours a day, the hard work and long hours have paid off.
Scottie has built an empire across the country where he has established premier business relationships with publications and production companies in 22 major states across the country such as New York, Philadelphia, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, California, Texas, Illinois and much more.
In March of 2016, Plush Talent relocated to Los Angeles, California. This was not an easy transition for Scottie, but he knew it was a great opportunity to expand his agency and help his clients on higher levels. Since the move to California, he has been able to grow his agency even larger than expected.

"From day one of talking to a new model, I always try to build a strong and trusting bond with her. I do my best to explain everything in detail and get all the important information required to start the submission process. I ask my models from day one what their limitations are and do not require any of them to shoot anything they're not ready to do, like anal or gang bangs and so on. Once we have the dates picked out, I will book a flight for the model if she needs my help in doing so. She is given a checklist of items to pack to bring with her. If a model needs transportation to the airport, I will provide that as well. I ask my models to stay in constant communication with me to ensure safe travels.
When she arrives at LAX airport or Burbank Airport, I will be there to greet her and start her new journey. She will stay at our model home located in the San Fernando Valley (AKA Porn Vally). In the model home, our models will get their own bed, clean sheets, pillow, closet space to hang clothing, fresh towels and a clean and safe atmosphere with other models staying in the home as well.
The following business day, we will get up and start getting ready for the model's first day in the adult industry. This day is an important day for new models because this is the day we get the model tested, and do our go-sees. We ask our model do her hair and make-up, put on a dress and heels, and most importantly a smile. She also needs to have a great attitude!
Testing - Plush Talent uses Talent Testing Services (www.talenttestingservice.com). This is where models are tested for STD's required by the industry to work. They are required to test every 14 days in order to shoot. At the testing center, they will meet a great fun staff of professionals who will receive their information to put into the TTS database. They will be tested for HIV-1 NAT, HBsAg, Anti-HCV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas Vaginalis, Syphilis (RPR), TREP-SURE EIA- this requires blood to be drawn and a urine sample. Altogether, this takes about 20 minutes and results will be available the next day.
Go-Sees - This is where models shine. We will take them to meet the major producers in the industry. They will be asked to undress and they will take a few quick photos as well as ask for ID's. This is where producers can make sure the models have the look they need for their productions.. Each meeting lasts about 10 minutes. Afterwards, Scottie Platinum will start getting calls and emails from the producers met to start booking his models.
Plush Talent says a brand new model will start shooting the first week they get to CA. Our models are earning on average, but not limited to $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 per month.
Plush Talent never charges anyone anything to start or join our agency. We work only on a commission of the bookings.There will, however, be some charges that a model will have to pay for, or pay us back for. We will always invoice them each week so they can keep a record of how much they have made and what they are paying for.
Booking Fees- Plush Talent charges each model a set fee of 15% per booking. This means every time our models get booked for a shoot, they will be required to pay Plush Talent the fee. An example is, if a girl is paid $1,000.00 for a Boy/Girl shoot, Plush Talent will charge her $150.00 for that booking.
Model Housing- Plush Talent will provide their models with model housing while in CA. There will be a weekly fee of $250.00, or $700.00 if they stay up to a month. The model home is a lot safer, cheaper and more convenient for the model than a hotel or Air BnB
Travel and Testing- Plush Talent will always assist each model with travel and testing expenses when needed. Each model will be required to pay us back for travel and testing as she starts making money while here.
